A couple weeks ago I had the privilege of taking some family photos at Moonlight Beach. Emily, Steven, and Gracie were in from out of town and we were able to schedule their family photos during their vacation. San Diego is the perfect place for photos while families are on vacation. Sunshine and the beach. What more could you ask for?

It was a perfect day for a beach photo session. The weather was perfect at the beach and we had some gorgeous warm light to work with. Before we headed to Moonlight Beach for the photos, we stopped a nearby park. The path at the park was lined with bright yellow wildflowers and it was the perfect spot to start our session. This family was so comfortable in front of the camera and photographing them was so easy. Gracie has the prettiest eyes and I couldn’t get over Emily’s gorgeous hair. Babies that are Gracie’s age are so fun to photograph because they are super smiley but still content while being held by mom and dad. Emily’s sister tagged along to help bring out the sweet baby smiles from Gracie.
